Morris & District Chamber of Commerce “people working together to make their community a better place to live and make a living”. The first executive meeting of the Morris & District Chamber of Commerce met at J.H Friesen & Sons office on October 17, 1977.

The first executive board members were:

Vice President: Egon Grossman

Secretary: Jim Lewis
